Living with anxiety or depression can feel like living in darkness. Constantly worrying about your feelings or whether someone will criticise you is draining; both emotionally and physically. This causes low moods and can result in feelings of inadequacy and isolation. The world certainly doesn’t feel like a good place to be.

I use a variety of techniques such as BWRT®, Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT and Coaching, I will help you to maximise both your confidence and coping techniques. Together, we will work on why you feel this way and identify more positive and helpful ways of thinking and feeling.
