Anxiety and depression do not have to control you.

How many times have you missed out on a fantastic opportunity because you were too scared to accept it, or convinced yourself that you would fail anyway? How many adventures or life experiences would you love to try, yet your emotions stop you from attempting them? Life is for living and you don’t have to miss out any longer.

Have you ever noticed how everything seems so much better when the sun shines? The world just seems like a brighter and more positive place. Living with anxiety or depression can feel like living in darkness. Constantly worrying about your feelings or whether someone will criticise you is draining; both emotionally and physically. This causes low moods and can result in feelings of inadequacy and isolation. The world certainly doesn’t feel like a good place to be.

But… You are not alone.

Anxiety and depression do not have to control you.

Become your own sunshine. It may sound somewhat cliched but when you feel happier and more positive, it becomes physically evident. As Roald Dahl once said, ‘If you have good thoughts, they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely’. I can support you to find the confidence to be who you want to be.

The course will run over four or more sessions and will help you to deal with unhelpful patterns of thinking and acting. Using a variety of techniques such as BWRT®, Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT and Coaching, I will help you to maximise both your confidence and coping techniques. Together, we will work on why you feel this way and identify more positive and helpful ways of thinking and feeling.

What does it involve?

  1. Four therapy sessions: one for 90 minutes and three for 60 minutes
  2. One 45-minute face-to-face or Skype coaching session
  3. Hypnotherapy recordings to support our work in sessions
