A little about me
I’m Jo Cook, and I’ve been helping people to feel better about themselves for many years.
I have a beautiful daughter, Alice whom I am of course very proud of and have a devoted cocker spaniel called Spencer. He is my shadow. Probably fair to say I am a bit of a tree hugger, I love every shade of green, and feel so calm when out walking and yes, I will definitely ‘hug a tree.’ My favorite night of the week is ball room dance class night and I love so many types of music, it’s probably easier to say what I don’t like ….sorry that’s Jazz. My intention is to get to the root cause of your issue, so we can make lasting change. It is important that you have coping tools to help you develop your resilience, I am passionate about that. But what is vital is we deal with whatever has made you feel ‘not enough, or anxious in the first place. You brain is communication negative thoughts and feelings and I work with you to correct that communication, so outdated, unhelpful thoughts are no longer present.
