Hypnotherapy, Hypno-analysis and BWRT for Anxiety, stress and depression in Stoke & Congleton

How do these affect you? What does it cost you to stay as you are?

Mental health problems affect 1 in 6 people. I work with those in need of hypnotherapy in Stoke, Congleton, and Staffordshire area who experience some common mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. Despite these conditions being common, we experience and recover from them differently. It is my aim to treat you individually to help you create lasting change.

If you are experiencing any of these problems, you could benefit from my help:

You may be experiencing

  • Feeling out of control
  • Anxiety in its many forms; social, performance, health, sexual, and general anxiety.
  • Panic or anxiety attacks.
  • Fear of authority.
  • Psychosomatic issues such as IBS, headaches, pain, insomnia and many more
  • Feelings of having no control of your life or of vulnerability.
  • Overthinking or worry about the past, present, or future.
  • Excessively comparing yourself or your life to others around you, having low or no self-worth, lacking confidence.
  • Being overwhelmed to the point of being unable to see a clear path to recovery.

Of course, all these things can have an impact on our home life, work, our social life and relationships.

It can be frustrating when you worry constantly about how you may feel and look in front of others. Panicking about whether you can cope or if someone will criticise you.  Maybe, it takes so much time to do a job because you constantly check it’s done properly, and you are never sure. When you feel tense all the time, you are supposed to be meeting friends, you can’t face that job, test, person or situation and you are really not sure how you will control your reactions.

Treatment:

If you suffer with anxiety in Congleton or Stoke, firstly, to help you to eliminate negative thoughts, feelings and behaviour patterns, by working with the root cause of your issue. This will allow the positive change. Secondly, to help you to build your resilience with coping mechanisms

Firstly, identifying negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviour patterns can lead us to the root cause of your issues. By doing this we can identify how to create positive change and lead us on to step two; building your resilience with effective coping mechanisms.

Creating positive change will:

  • Help you feel more relaxed, calmer and at ease with yourself
  • Free you of negative or harmful thoughts.
  • Give you the confidence to be yourself and find inner peace.
  • Enable you to have fulfilling relationships.
  • Help you to achieve more, do more.

Methods for treating anxiety that I offer in my Stoke and Congleton Clinics: –

We will discuss what it is that challenges you and what you want to achieve. I am able to use a variety of effective techniques; as a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist I use; solution focused and analytical hypnotherapy, which means we can understand, release and deal with the outdated patterns of negative thoughts and feelings.  I am also a Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT®) a therapy that is effective in working with anxiety and stress, an alternative to Hypnosis.

Hypno-analysis is a great therapy for resolving a subconscious issue that is creating a psychological or emotional block. It can release repressed events that have caused further effects throughout other parts of your life. It can help resolve multiple problems simultaneously on a deep and long lasting level.

Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT®) provides an effective and powerful process for changing the client’s self-identity and behaviour and replacing it with a positive self-identity and behaviour.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the concept that our thought patterns and the way we talk to ourselves is programmed. And programmes can be altered, relearnt, or taught. By changing these patterns and the way we talk to ourselves, we can reboot the programme to live the life we want.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is like a form of psychological acupressure. It involves tapping different areas of your face and body while talking about traumatic experiences or verbalising your goals to simultaneously alter your brain, energy system and body.
