Mental health is affecting 1 in 6 people right now, I work with those who experience the common mental health issues, such as panic attacks, anxiety, stress and depression.  Common yes, but we experience differently, and we recover in different ways too; it is my aim to help you to create lasting change.

Firstly, to help you to eliminate negative thoughts, feelings and behaviour patterns, by working with the root cause of your issue. This will allow the positive change.   Secondly to help you to build your resilience with coping mechanisms

Its draining when you feel tense all the time, you are supposed to be meeting friends, you can’t face that job, test, person or situation and you are really not sure how you will control your reactions.

I am able to use a variety of effective techniques; as a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist I use; solution focused and analytical hypnotherapy, which means we can understand, release and deal with the outdated patterns of negative thoughts and feelings.  I am also a Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT®) a therapy that is effective in working with anxiety and stress, an alternative to Hypnosis.

I also use NLP, EFT and Coaching to help you to emerge from your old patterns of thinking and realise your goals.
