Anxiety and stress do not have to control you.

How many times have you missed out on a fantastic opportunity because you were too scared to accept it, or convinced yourself that you would fail anyway? How many adventures or life experiences would you love to try, yet your emotions stop you from attempting them? Life is for living and you don’t have to miss out any longer.

Have you ever noticed how everything seems so much better when the sun shines? The world just seems like a brighter and more positive place. Living with anxiety or depression can feel like living in darkness. Constantly worrying about your feelings or whether someone will criticise you is draining; both emotionally and physically. This causes low moods and can result in feelings of inadequacy and isolation. The world certainly doesn’t feel like a good place to be.

But… You are not alone.

Anxiety and Stress do not have to control you.

Become your own sunshine. It may sound somewhat cliched but when you feel happier and more positive, it becomes physically evident. As Roald Dahl once said, ‘If you have good thoughts, they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely’. I can support you to find the confidence to be who you want to be.

I use a variety of techniques such as BWRT®, Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT and Coaching, I will help you to maximise both your confidence and coping techniques. Together, we will work on why you feel this way and identify more positive and helpful ways of thinking and feeling.

Resolve Anxiety and Self belief

Bright Butterfly 3 programme is ideal for working with Anxiety, low confidence and some other health issues.

The Aim over the three sessions is to:

  • Reduce/eliminate anxiety or other emotions.
  • Bring about control, calmness and peace of mind
  • Provide simple coping techniques
  • Re-frame your negative thoughts

The first 90 minute session allows us to explore your challenges and goals.

Using Hypnosis or BWRT® We will then look to eliminate the emotions you experience and enable you to relax and feel calm.

Note: you may require further sessions.

Bright Butterfly 5  enables us to work a bit deeper and on a number of presenting issues.

It is also allows us to work on low self-esteem & your self-identity.  These can often drive self-sabotaging behaviours and you are likely to not “feel good enough” or feel less than equal to others.  Maybe you are not living your life as you want to, not going out, seeing friends or work is hard and you know you need to address the cause of ongoing or re-occurring anxiety or low confidence.

As a ‘Level two BWRT® practitioner’ we can work on your ‘self-identity’ and how your inner image affects your behaviours.  BWRT level 2 provides a uniquely powerful and effective process for changing the client’s self-identity and behaviour and replacing it with a positive self-identity and behaviour. Once the new positive self-identity and behaviour have been “installed” they mutually support each other. The new positive self-identity supports the new positive behaviour which in turn strengthens the new positive self-identity.  Infrequent reinforcement sessions may sometimes be required in order to strengthen the new positive self-identity and behaviour, or to support the client to deal with any particularly difficult or stressful life circumstances that might otherwise threaten to pull them back down.
