Hypnotherapy for Weight loss

She’s got a sparkle in her eye. How many times have you heard that phrase? Whether it’s wearing a new outfit that you feel great in or whether you just feel good about yourself, you can always tell when someone is happy about their body or appearance. How long has it been since you felt that sparkle?

Losing weight can be an incredibly frustrating process. There are lots of compelling reasons for maintaining a healthy weight; avoiding diet-related illnesses, being a good role model for your children or just wanting to feel better about yourself. Yet even when food has been an issue for a long time, it can be difficult to find the motivation and willpower to make a long-term change.

Some of my clients say that they feel like failures after trying multiple diets which have only seen them slip back into old habits quickly. No one is ever a failure for trying.

Bright Butterfly offers two options to achieve a change of mindset to achieve weight loss.

Bright Butterfly 3 for Weight loss

  • To change your attitude towards food to make healthy eating a part of your life
  • To stop overeating, change bad habits
  • To gain the confidence and self-belief to achieve your weight-loss goal
  • To obliterate your constant battle with food and unhappiness with yourself

The course will run over three sessions and will help you to deal with unhelpful patterns of thinking and acting. Using a variety of techniques such as BWRT®, Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, we will work together to help you emerge from your old eating habits and realise your goals. I will provide you with the information and tools to support you on your journey.

What does it involve?

  1. Three therapy sessions – one for 90 minutes
  2. Hypnotherapy recordings
  3. Information pack

If appropriate for you, I am also a trained to do Hypno-band, the virtual Gastric band method.

Note: weight loss requires commitment and is also dependent on your general state of health and nutrition.

Chrysalis Coaching for Weight loss

We all have different reasons for our relationships with food so it’s important that we discover the story behind your dependency on it. We can then address the underlying causes to enable you to find new, helpful, and more healthy ways of thinking and feeling.

If you require more support, perhaps have longer standing issues then the coaching programme is for you. You are likely to have tried everything else, have deep rooted emotional eating blocks and little motivation to change or you are resisting change to outdated patterns.  It is likely that other areas of your life are affected by your weight or impact your eating patterns.
