I am a transformational coach, which means I blend coaching with therapy to help you to make lasting change. My aim is to help you change your life. Put simply, hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation and focus. It’s a state in which the mind is more receptive to ‘unlearning’ patterns of undesirable behaviour and learning new and more appropriate ways of thinking and acting.
